2) Embed the web widget in your website

Here’s how to embed the chat widget. For both options, you will have the opportunity to customize the chatbot’s UI and behaviour by setting a “config” value. For more information what to set in the config, see Step 3.

3) Customize your chatbot

There’s two options to configure the chatbot:

• Let us know, and we’ll add the configuration on our side → You can simply let us know which adaptations you’d like to have, and we’ll adapt the configuration for the chatbot of your community on our side.
