Who are we?

Pluno is a fully autonomous AI customer support team. It answers all customer questions based on the company's knowledge, and asks the team for input whenever it doesn't know how to solve the problem.

We’re already answering over 1 million questions annually, with Pluno powering the largest communities like Lovable, AAVE, and Dune. After becoming the go-to-solution for the community market, we’re now expanding into general customer support for B2B SaaS companies.

To fulfill this vision, we closely develop our product based on customer feedback, so that our product is an effective solution based on market needs and not just another generic chatbot flooding the market.

As Business Development Manager at AwesomeQA, you will work operationally (closely with the founding team) on our most strategic topics as well as driving our sales. Hence, you will shape the strategic direction of our business, including customer groups, markets, product offerings.
