Pluno is building the first fully autonomous AI customer support team.

It handles every customer interaction, escalates intelligently, and asks the right people for help when needed. We’re already answering >1 Million customer questions a year across brands like Lovable, Scroll, and Dune. Now we’re expanding beyond communities into B2B SaaS.

We’re a Silicon Valley-style startup operating from Munich. We’re not building tools. We’re replacing full support teams to achieve 10x outcomes.

The role

As an engineer at our young startup, you will contribute to all parts of the system. You will shape & implement features end to end. Architecture planning, implementing endpoints, prompt engineering, and setting up pipelines to continuously improve our AI agents.

Internally, we are always pushing the limits of using AI in our processes. The boundaries are changing with every model release, and everyone in our team is constantly rethinking how we work together to get the most out of AI.

Tech stack

Python + FastAPI, OpenAI models (GPT-4o, GPT-4.1, o3, o4-mini), Next.js, React, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Firestore (GCP), Docker & Kubernetes.

We focus on using cutting-edge AI coding tools & adapt our architecture to make AI agents most effective. We’re currently using mostly Cursor agents & Claude code.

We were working on our chatbot using RAG before the launch of ChatGPT, which put us in a great position and allows us to stay ahead of the curve. We’re a team of highly motivated and ambitious individuals with >70% having an engineering background.
